For the past 30 years I have been a practicing psychotherapist. I specialize in a method that integrates the body, mind and spirit to resolve issues that interfere with one's happiness and well being. We will look at how early life experiences affects us and our relationships. This helps in developing a greater understanding in how one behaves, thinks and feels in their current life, creating more options for lasting change. It is effective in dealing with anxiety, trauma, depression, relationships, stress, childhood emotional injuries and other interruptions to our sense of well being. It is a direct approach that leads one to experience a greater sense of presence, aliveness and authenticity. The goal in therapy is not only to resolve problems, it is to increase ones capacity for pleasure, joy and aliveness. To live in alignment with ones core sense of self helps one to live their life to its fullest potential.
