Online psychotherapy is available via video conferencing.

Online or phone therapy allows you to talk with me from the comfort of your own home or anywhere you have access to the internet or a phone.

The video conferencing software is secure; it uses data encryption, and does not require any specialized software to be installed on your computer.

Tips for successful online therapy sessions

Select a private space with no distraction.

A computer screen or a tablet is better than a mobile phone.

The computer should be on a table with the video camera at eye level.

Sit on a comfortable chair.

The room should be uniformly lit, otherwise the light source should be in front of you or on your side. Natural lighting is best. Backlighting will not work.

Stay focused, do not multitask during your session, on or off the computer.

Have a pen and notebook available.

Use an ethernet cable for an internet connection, if you have one.

Use of earbuds or headphones will help.
